Educators

STEM is everywhere; it shapes our daily lives and everyday experiences. All students should be encouraged to understand and embrace the technology that affects them every day. Science and Mathematics have always been taught in schools. Now there is a focus on incorporating Engineering and Technology. Integrating all four disciplines creates the opportunity for collaboration and interdisciplinary learning experiences that provide a foundation for future career success. These courses need to be taught by enthusiastic teachers or teams of teachers that engage students through hands-on and minds-on activities. Making science and math fun and relevant to their world will strengthen students learning and may foster a future exciting and rewarding STEM career.
